The core panel

Five systems. One picture of how your body is aging.

Every LifePrint reads more than 30 biomarkers against longevity-optimal targets, not just the wide "normal" a lab prints on a page.

Optimal targets are drawn from published longevity and cardiometabolic literature and reviewed by our physician. They are narrower than standard laboratory reference intervals and are used for goal-setting, not for diagnosis.

The Longevity Score

One number for the big picture of your health.

Your Score turns a full page of labs into a single 0–100 read, plus a trend arrow that shows which way you're heading over time.

0
out of 100
Improving

Your habits are the input. Your labs are the output. Food, movement, sleep and stress show up in your bloodwork in predictable ways. The Score reads them against the levels linked to long-term health.

  1. 1MeasureOne blood panel captures markers across all five systems.
  2. 2Score each markerEvery marker is rated 0–100 by how close it sits to its optimal target.
  3. 3Group into panelsMarker scores roll up into five panel scores, so you can see what's strong and what has room to grow.
  4. 4One top-linePanels combine into a single score, weighted toward the best-researched markers.

Every marker is read the same way, placed on its optimal track, so "in range" and "optimal" never look alike.

Your Longevity Score

Previews shown are specimen layouts with synthetic data. Your report is built from your own results.

How it works

Six steps. One clear rhythm.

From booking to written protocol in about a week to ten days, then a retest checkpoint to prove the numbers moved.

  1. Book your extraction2–3 days lead time

Choose your slot. We confirm and send fasting instructions before the draw.

  2. Blood extraction10-hour fast required

At the Longevity Labs clinic, or by home collection where your address falls within our partner laboratory's service area. Home collection is arranged on physician request and performed by the laboratory's own registered medical technologist.

  3. Results ready1–3 days

Processed by Singapore Diagnostics, our DOH-licensed partner laboratory. Days, not weeks.

  4. Consult with your physician30–60 minutes

The same physician who designed the LifePrint panel walks you through every marker and your Longevity Score.

  5. Report + protocol1–2 days after consult

Your comprehensive report and written protocol, prescribed to your results.

  6. Personalized retest checkpoint3–6 months, or as needed

The program is a loop, not a one-off: retest, compare, adjust.

Beyond the blood panel

Technogym Checkup: one number for your physical well-being.

A dedicated assessment station that evaluates body composition and physical function in just minutes. It shows how your body performs today. Body composition can also be integrated into your LifePrint as an optional adjunct, which feeds the picture of recovery capacity and metabolic resilience.

Body Composition

Muscle mass, body fat and hydration levels. An optional adjunct that can contribute to your LifePrint Score.

Strength

Functional strength across major muscle groups.

Cardio

Aerobic capacity and cardiovascular fitness.

Balance

Postural control, coordination and stability.

Mobility

Range of motion and movement quality across key joints.

Cognitive

Reaction time and movement coordination.

Like your Longevity Score, Technogym Checkup distills a comprehensive assessment into one clear result. Together with your blood panel, it helps complete the picture by measuring aspects of physical function that laboratory testing alone cannot capture.

Technogym Checkup is a wellness and fitness assessment, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Body composition is an optional adjunct to the LifePrint Score. It is non-diagnostic, capped within the scoring system, and never replaces the foundations of health such as sleep, nutrition, movement and stress management.

Where people start

Whichever question brought you here, the answer starts with a baseline.

Am I falling behind?

You feel a step slower than five years ago and want to know if the biology agrees. LifePrint puts numbers on it: every marker scored against optimal, not just "normal."

Get Started →

Am I doing the right things?

You already train, eat well, and sleep on purpose. The panel shows whether the effort is landing, and which lever to pull next.

Get Started →

Where do I even start?

Start with one blood draw. The report ranks your priorities, so you begin with the change that moves your Score most.

Who actually explains all this to me?

Your physician. Not a dashboard, not an AI summary: a 30–60 minute consult where every result is read with you.

Why curation beats marker count

Large marker counts often include dipstick lines, computed ratios and single-analyte "panels" that add volume without adding signal. Every LifePrint marker is selected for its relevance to long-term health and is read with you.

The menu

Start anywhere. The panel is the destination, not the entry fee.

Every option ends with a physician sitting down with your results. Priced from nothing at all to the full five-system baseline.

Technogym Checkup is a wellness and fitness assessment, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consultations included with these services are wellness consultations performed by a PRC-licensed physician and do not replace evaluation for a suspected medical condition.

Optional add-ons

Add only what your results call for.

LifePrint is accepted by application. We take on a limited number of clients at a time, because the constraint is physician consultation hours, not lab capacity. These panels are added to the Longevity Panel where your physician judges them useful.

Heavy Metals ScreenChecks for toxic metal exposure that can quietly affect health over time.₱7,800

Heavy metals can build up in the body and interfere with energy, nerve function, kidney health, and overall wellness. Testing helps identify exposure early so you can reduce sources and discuss next steps with your physician.

Lead
Can interfere with red blood cell production, nervous system function, and kidney health, even at low levels over time.
Mercury
Can come from environmental or dietary sources and may affect the nervous system, kidneys, and overall energy.
Arsenic
Exposure can affect the skin, nervous system, blood vessels, and other organs.
Cadmium
Accumulates in the body over time, especially through smoking or environmental exposure, and is associated with kidney stress.
MicronutrientsCheck if your body has the nutrients it needs to perform and recover.₱6,310

This panel checks iron, vitamins, minerals, and protein-related markers that support energy, oxygen delivery, muscle repair, immunity, and bone health. It helps uncover hidden deficiencies that can hold back performance even when training is on track.

B12 (Vitamin B12)
Helps make energy and supports nerves and red blood cells. Low B12 can cause fatigue and brain fog.
Folate
Needed for cell growth and red blood cell production.
Ferritin
Your body's iron storage. Low ferritin can make you feel tired or short of breath.
Iron
The iron currently available in your blood, needed to make healthy red blood cells.
Magnesium
Supports muscle relaxation, sleep, and many enzyme reactions. Low magnesium can cause cramps or poor recovery.
Calcium
Helps build bones and allows muscles to contract properly.
ApoA1Measures the main protein in "good cholesterol" particles.₱2,000

ApoA1 helps support reverse cholesterol transport, the process that carries cholesterol away from arteries and back to the liver. It gives a more detailed view of cardiovascular protection than HDL alone.

ApoA1 (paired with ApoB from core panel)
Reflects the body's ability to move cholesterol out of circulation.
Reproductive HormonesContext for fertility, cycle staging, and menopause status beyond FSH.₱3,400

This panel looks at sex hormones, thyroid function, and adrenal-related markers to show whether your body is in a strong recovery state or a more stressed, breakdown-prone state.

LH
A hormone from the brain that tells the body to make sex hormones. Helps show where hormonal changes are coming from.
Prolactin
A hormone that can rise with stress or poor sleep. High levels can affect recovery and libido.
Progesterone
A hormone involved in menstrual health and calming effects in the body.

Advanced screening · physician-guided

These panels are not self-serve. Advanced screening (including tumor markers) is available where clinically appropriate, and is discussed and ordered with your physician during your consult. Screening without interpretation creates anxiety, not insight.
Cancer MarkersA screening panel that helps look for signs that need closer medical review.Ordered with your physicianPriced at consult

Cancer markers are blood tests that can provide clues about possible abnormal activity in the body. They are not a diagnosis on their own, but they can help guide follow-up, monitoring, and physician review when interpreted in context.

CEA
Can rise with certain cancers, especially colorectal cancer. Used for monitoring and follow-up.
AFP
Associated with liver and germ cell tumors. Elevated levels may warrant further imaging and physician review.
CA-125
Primarily used as a marker for ovarian cancer monitoring. Levels can also rise with benign conditions.
CA15-3
Often used to monitor breast cancer and track response to treatment over time.
CA19-9
Associated with pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers. Elevated levels require clinical correlation and imaging.
CYFRA21
Linked to lung cancer, particularly non-small cell types. Supports monitoring and follow-up.
PSA
A prostate-specific marker. Whether PSA testing is appropriate for you is a decision made with your physician, since results can be raised by non-cancerous conditions.
PSA Free for MenHelps give more context to prostate screening.Ordered with your physicianPriced at consult

Free PSA is used alongside total PSA to give a clearer picture of prostate health. It can help improve interpretation when PSA is elevated and guide whether more evaluation may be needed.

Free PSA (as % of total)
Adds detail that total PSA alone cannot provide.
